Niel Pienaar CA(SA) brings more than 15 years of professional experience in financial reporting, technical accounting, corporate advisory, and assurance.
He spent 10 years as a Partner at a South African network firm for a leading global consulting network. During this time Niel headed up the tax and advisory divisions of the firm. He has extensive experience in consolidated financial statements, corporate and tax structuring, business valuations and deal value negotiations.
He served on the International Audit Task Force, contributing to global technical and audit initiatives, and acted as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee for a prominent consulting engineering firm.
Niel’s background provides a rare blend of technical precision, commercial insight, and governance experience. As the firm’s sole professional, he personally manages and executes all engagements—ensuring clients benefit directly from the expertise of an experienced CA(SA) with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and excellence.
